Black Cobra's History[]
Black Cobra is an international Christian missionary who travels to places that have not been previously explored by the modern world. Over his career he has made huge inroads with many lost tribes. While on a mission trip with a remote African tribe, he was bit by a poisonous snake. Because the snake venom was unknown to medical professionals, there was no treatment. Instead of being fatal, the venom changed Shamir's body chemistry granting him superhuman abilities.

Black Cobra possesses an impressive array of superhuman abilities. Shamir can generate Venom-like blasts of energy. Black Cobra has enhanced strength, speed and vision and it able to camouflage himself although this takes high levels of concentration and willpower.

- Superhuman Agility: Shamir's agility is amplified to a level above that of the highest human potential.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Shamir's' reflexes are amplified to a level above that of the highest human potential, and he is said to have a reaction time faster than a normal person.
- Superhuman Stamina: Shamir's body automatically eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles; giving him exceptional endurance.
- Superhuman Speed: Shamir is able to run and move at speeds superior to any Olympic-class runners.
- Venom Blasts - Shamir is able to dispel a special type of energy from his body that educes effects akin to a venomous snake bite to his opponents. Commonly administered though the snake-like fang blades attached at the top of his wrist on both hands of his Black Cobra suit.
